His work has involved leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping product direction, improving live services, navigating legacy technology, and helping organisations deliver under real-world constraints.
He had a broad range of hands on experience across central government and defence, including the Royal Navy, Government Digital Service (GDS), Department for Education and Ministry of Justice.
